FAQs
How long until I get my lights?
We ship fast! Most orders are out the door within 24-48 hours. If you're in the main centres, expect your lights to arrive in 7-10 business days. Rural? Give it a little longer.
What if I don’t like them?
No hard feelings. If your lights arrive and they’re not quite right, just send them back within 30 days, unused and in original packaging, and we’ll sort a refund or swap, no problems.
What if they break inside the warranty period?
We’ve got your back! All our lights come with a solid warranty (usually 2–5 years). If something fizzles out before its time, just get in touch. We’ll replace it or sort out a fix. Easy as.
Who installs my lights?
Good question. While we supply the lights, installation’s best left to a registered electrician. (Especially for anything wired into the mains — safety first!)
Can I use these lights at home and at work?
You bet. Our LEDs are made for all spaces — kitchens, offices, workshops, retail stores, warehouses, you name it. Bright, efficient, and built to last.
Are these lights dimmable?
Many of them are! Just check the product description — if it says “dimmable,” you’re good to glow. Bonus tip: you’ll need a compatible dimmer switch too.
Will LED lights save me money?
Heaps. LEDs use way less power than old-school bulbs and last way longer. Lower bills and fewer ladder-climbing bulb changes? Win-win.
Do you deliver everywhere in NZ?
Yep! From the top of the North to the bottom of the South — we deliver New Zealand-wide. If NZ Post or a courier can find you, we’ll get your lights there.
Do you have deals for sparkies?
Absolutely. If you're buying for a job site or speccing a full fit-out, hit us up. We have a separate login and deals for registered electricians so get in touch.
